I needed to pair my rear tire monitor to the computer on my concours 14, they told me I needed a code slip that came with the part, they sent me on my way without even checking to find out that the code number is on the part.

Looking for a 530 oring master link. The parts dept had me waiting for 15 minutes,THEN tried to sell me an xring m. link...said they were the same. They're remodeling the outside but they need to remodel their staff!!

I visited this dealer when I was looking for someone to work on my KTM 950 SE. I asked one of the service guys if they worked on the LC8 motor. He sighed heavily and said, "Yeah, we are slow. I guess we could look at it." From that statement... they will never touch my bike.
