I've been in a handful of times to buy 2 stroke oil and stuff for my banshee. I had it inspected there. The service dept was fine, not overly friendly though. The biggest problem is the parts manager. A bearded guy who wears a hat all the time. It seems your on his time. He's not helpful in showing ... you product, he kind of just points and walks away. I initially went in to buy synthetic 2 stroke oil, and when they didn't have any, he made no attempt to take my name and order some or anything of the sort. Once I got back to the desk, I overheard him talking about oil. So I inquired if he was ordering some and he got pissy. Like I was an ass for asking. Then I need spark plugs. So I. Asked for plugs for a banshee, he asked what kind and I said ngk. Then he asked what kind again and of course I said ngk. Then both the guys scoffed at me and laughed a little. Instead of doing what a true professional should've down, which is start to ask questions and help you figure it out, they just assumed I was stupid.
After that, I spoke with a manager. He was fine, but the first thing he said was, "I'm not trying to stick up for the guy", and continues to, stick up for him, cause they've clearly had issues with him. The said thing is, the guy I'm talking about is the parts manager. It's really disappointing they have to keep this clown working and acting like a child while helping people. He has no business being in customer service.

Don't buy a scooter from Revolutions if you expect service. They are rude and impossible to contact by phone. I bought a Schwinn scooter from them for $2800 thinking that a dealer's service is available compared to a $700 scooter from Scooter Depot. Boy was I wrong! I'm stuck with an expensive ... scooter without parts and service.
