Sky Powersports Lake Wales

I bought an ATV from there they sold me an extedid warranty I haven't even had my bike for a year. It broke I took it to them they said they will not cover it and it will be 2000$ dollars to fix it. Why even sale warranties they are a bunch of crooks. Do not buy from these people they will not stand ... behind their product. I called Suzuki and they said their sky's tech told them that I engaged the 4x4 before the bike was stopped. Thanks for the help he was not there he doesn't have a clue what happened but he screwed me out of getting my bike fixed. I wouldn't recommend buying nothing from there the service department sucks.

I called the parts department on 7/28/14 spoke to what sounded like a young man and asked him if they had brake pads for a DR650SE.
The young man was not familiar with Suzuki's product line but with some instruction he stated they had the brake pads in stock. I said great, I will ... stop by tomorrow and pick them up.
I visited the parts department today 7/29/14 and spoke to the gentleman behind the parts desk he asked whom I spoke to and also was not familiar with Suzuki's product line.
After me explaining what I had more than once he stated he would have to order the rear pads, I said I can order them my self to please check again because I was assured they had them in stock.
I walked the show room floor with my daughters to give him time to find the break pads.
They did not have them in stock.
An hour or so out of my life and wasted fuel when I did everything right.
I am disappointed and am going to write multiple reviews to forewarn any potential customers to not take their word for it or waste their time and gas to be sorely disappointed.
They were well staffed, over staffed in my opinion since there were no customers in sight.
Which brings up the question if they have so much free time why are they not versed on product lines? and why is there no break pads for a product that has been in production since 1996?
I have no clue as to how they stay in business.
I need these break pads for this weekends Richloam Forrest clean up this weekend, I will have to two day air them from an online retailer now, bearing even extra costs for their negligence.
