Had my sled in for warranty work, they kept it for 8 months, charged me for the parts, and it was still not fixed. Very poor attitude from the service tech. Brought the sled to Hayward after a ride, with the same issues, and they fixed it on the spot, no charge! Gave the guy 20 bucks, and bought ... another sled from them.

My wife called and spoke with the owner to rent a jet ski 3 months before the desired date. The owner took our credit card and claimed that a 'reservation' had been made and that a jet ski was available. 3 months later we called prior to getting the jet ski but were told the reservation had not ... been made and there was no record of it .... too bad. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I advise the owner to keep better records or to communicate better with his staff. I will NEVER rent equipment from them and will recommend avoidance of this business at all cost.
