Dealer dropped ALL Piaggio/Vespa/Aprilia products. Chief Mechanic told me they would service my Piaggio as long as I owned it. Went by to schedule a service appointment, and was told by the owner not to even bring it to them because they would not touch it. He said he didn't even want it on his lot. ... I said he would NEVER have to worry about me ever coming back. Terrible customer service and very slow repairs. Once waited 6 weeks for a fuel filter, and had to get it replaced less than 6 months later. It was a mechanical issue, not a parts issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone
