I took my 800 Can Am to this shop for repairs. The turn around time was to be a couple days mostly for the parts to arrive. Two weeks later it became apparent they had not even ordered parts. The woman in charge of service gave me conflicting stories of the status of my machine. After many calls ... and weeks of excuses, I told them not to do any work on my quad and I would pick it up and take it to another dealer. When I picked up my machine, they had it sitting outside their shop with 4 flat tires. I will not use them again would rather pay a non-Can Am shop for warranted work or travel farther distance to the next dealership.
