i recently purchased two ATV's from Tuscaloosa Powersports and would rate the service and overall experience poor. Phone calls were not returned timely and when my equipment broke down 3 weeks after the purchase I could not get anyone from the company to provide me with help or service. I was told ... by associates that they are understaffed and do not have time to deal with all the customer issues. I would suggest if you want a Polaris to find another dealer. The good news is Alabama and other States have a wide choice to choose from. I had red flags during the buying process and should have choosen another dealer and did not. Hopefully this will be helpful for others but be aware.
