We have not made our purchase yet, but from the time we walked through the door all the staff was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable on product the we shopping. explained the pro and cons to the different product. My husband and I never felt rushed nor that out questions weren't valid took ... a lot of time to make sure we completely understood our options,pricing and extras. We loved their straight forward approach and when we are ready to purchase and it will be soon we will be heading up to iron mountain from Marquette to deal with the folks at u.p. cycle & sport. U and your staff made this such a easy stress free experience! You will come highly recommended from us. In the future!!
