Paid to have my Vespa hauled to Westside Scooter and paid $$$ for repairs that were not satisfactory. Justin promised to make good on issue with bad front brake repair and after 3 months of promises never followed up. Now Wants me to pay for hauling back to his shop and pay for faulty service on ... what should have been done correctly first time.
