Im not sure why you would of had problems with a dealer over a back orderd part.
Back orders are out of the dealers control!
I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have never had any issues With Wheels Of Williamsport. They have always helped me out with anything ... that I need done.
I have bought several bikes from them and tons of parts over the years, because they treat me with respect as a customer and they also have great prices!
Just thought I would let people know the truth about this dealer,

Everything is a battle with them from the $275.00 charge for my 1st service to warranty issues. They've had my bike going on 4 weeks now, parts on back order. The parts came in last week was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour to finish my bike WHEN THEY GOT TO IT. Today is 1 week and 1 day ... since the parts came in they still didn't get to it. Even though they told me saturday there were 2 bikes in front of mine and I'd have it probably by the end of the day. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this dealership, I'm totaly fed up with them, when I get the bike back I'm going to look to trade it in on another brand they do not service or try one of the other yamaha dealerships, unfortunately there are none close by, all are at least 50 miles away.
