A little disappointed
By David DeSwarte (I am an Owner) on Aug 01, 2018I got my outlander barely used (8 miles). It is my first atv at age 48 so I wanted a Cadillac. Tons of power yes but runs extremely hot. Planting food plots pulling small disk about 500lbs (rated to pull 1300 lbs)it literally melted the underside of my seat and both side panels. Had it checked out ... and all was right and operating correct. Also there are no lower plates to deflect heat when driving so the heat from the engine bakes my legs. Every time I use my winch my engine says limp home. Transmission belt whistles when engine is hot. Dealer said it's because I don't let it fully warm up before taking off. Fun to drive and relatively easy to work on.

The Meanest
By Brad C (I am an Owner) on Mar 18, 2009I have owed alot of atv's and this Can-am is by far the most powerful quad on the market. It starts with the second this beast fires up, you know by the sound that it is going to be a fun ride, if you can hold on.

No Regrets
By Steve M (I am an Owner) on Mar 11, 2009I have had my outlander for about 6 months now & it is by far the best "utility" 4wheeler that I have ever owned or had the privelage to drive! It has loads of power at all speeds! My friend thought he would try and "out do" me by buying a new 700 griz but now he is regretting buying it, he says ... "I shoulda bought a Can-am!!! The only problem which isn't really as much of a problem as it is annoying is that when the brakes get wet or muddy they sound like they are grinding! But they still work great! I would definatly reccomend buying one of these to anyone who wants a fast, reliable & wicked sounding 4wheeler!!! That V-Twin sounds amazing!!!
