2012 Kubota RTV1100 Orange

Have purchased 3 Kubota tractors over an extended period of time, and a Kubota RTV 900 5 years ago, 100% satisfied. Traded for a RTV 1100 one week ago. Nothing but problems, dealer stated it was a 1913 model but paperwork a week later showed it as a 2012 model. Less than 1 hour spraying thistles ... in 1 to 3 ft high green uncut grass resulted in grass wrapping around exposed drive shaft to front end braking the drive shaft. Engine temp spiked due to fouling of radiator screen after less than one hour in uncut green 1 to 3 ft grass, also speedometer broke. Have used a 2007 RTV 250 hours under identical conditions with no problems. I am mechanically minded, very easy on equipment. This RTV 1100 has several mechanical design defects, in my opinion, which prevents it from being used as anything other than a weekend toy on a golf course or grass landing strip. I have lost confidence in Kubota and will never purchase another Kubota product again. Kubota has to be aware of these defects but continues to sell to loyal uninformed customers.
