Ahmazing
By Drina (I am an Owner) on Aug 19, 2020Nothing short of amazing. Had this quad from brand new and it's still going as it was the day I got it. Minimal repairs, oil changes after every hard ride and she's given me lots of memories!

My Life
By Luis Coronado (I am an Owner) on Jul 24, 2012Hey well, my name is Luis, I am 17 years old, I was born in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, but now live in Rio Rico, Arizona. I don't know if you have already noticed, but my primary language is spanish, I studied in Nogales, Arizona for about 9 years, then I went back to Mexico and studied 3 years, and ... now back to the U.S. I got interest in these motorcycle stuff because of my dad. When I was a young boy, he always wanted me to be there when he was riding or fixing his motorcycles, it was like if he wanted me to like them. And yes, I came out that I loved motorcycles. I remember that he had 3, a 1985 Honda XR600, a 1985 Honda Nighthawk 650, and a 1992 Yamaha Blaster. We always rode in the XR, but he suddenly got more interest in the Nighthawk, so he started using it and left the XR behind. When I turned 9, my birthday present was the 1992 Yamaha Blaster, it had white fenders with the red gas tank and hood and the big squared headlight. It was an awesome quad, for me it was like if I have a brand new 2012 Yamaha Raptor 700R!. I knew the bike wasn't new, but I liked it that way. My dad never really teached me very much, he was like, "Hey this is the clutch, this is the shift pedal, this is the rear brake, the front break, the accelerator. Use the clutch to break, and to accelerate." And he gave me an example of how to accelerate and how to break, and that's it. Now you can imagine how many clutches I blew up. But it is a great way to learn. So I drove around my neighborhood until I knew well. I kept that bike until i was like 12. My dad sold it in $2000, I really don't know what he did to sell it at that price, but he did. When I first came to live in Rio Rico, I was 14, and I remember my dad telling me he would give me a quad if I got straight A's, and I did. He gave me a 2001 Yamaha Warrior 350 for my Christmas present, it was a very beautiful bike, white fenders with black gas tank and hood. In that season, I lived next to my cousin's house, I started hanging out with friends of him who had ATV's, and I started learning a lot about them. I even fixed my warrior when it got sick. I remember changing the spark plugs, the oil, the oil filter, those basic things. It ran about 3 months, when the stator blew off. We bought the new stator from Moose Racing, and later on the CDI went bad. We bought it from Ricky Stator. But the Warrior still was having electrical problems, they told us the coil was good, the relays were good and we didn't know what the problem was. We took it to a friend who's a really good mechanic here in Mexico. I don't know what he did but he made it run like a champ. He took off the CDI and installed another thing I still don't know what it is. The thing is that an uncle had a 2006 Yamaha Raptor 700R. I insisted my dad to buy me that Raptor, but he had economical issues in which he couldn't afford to buy it. Later on my uncle told us that he would sell it to me at $3,500, I just had to give him a $1000 payment, and the rest were $300. And my dad accepted, I gave the Warrior to my little brother which is 11 years old, and I kept the new Raptor. I really really really love the bike, it is awesome and runs really fast! My dad bought it in December, so I have 7 months with it. But now I have to sell it because my dad is having a lot of economical problems, I'm trying to get rid of it as soon as possible. Since this is my last year in High School, I am working right now to buy a street bike and go to study. I have an idea of studying mechatronics engineering. But I'm not sure yet. But well, this is my story, hope you like it.

Raptor 700R
By BeeJ (I am an Owner) on Apr 01, 2010I have a 2006 700R Raptor, and I must say I absolutely love it. I have put many aftermarket parts on it. To be honest its the fastest quad I have ever rode, but then again i have spent thousands on aftermarket parts. Like yoshi exhaust titanium valves, Big bore kit w/ a high compression piston, K&N ... air filter w/ airbox lid removed and spark arrestor removed. I have a Dynojet module to control the fuel injection and its programmed and mapped to all the mods put in it. It also has a +2inch wider front A-arms Kit and new piggyback shocks in the front. I must say I love my Raptor and would recommend it to anyone. If you love riding or racing quads, look at the raptor w/ a few mods you can have the fastest quad around, I do and I have never lost a race on the track trails or dunes. I am always at the front of the pack! My friends wish they would have got one too instead of Honda's and Kawasaki's BLAH! Yamaha ALL THE WAY
