Total disappointment
By Brent Crockford (I am an Owner)Read MoreI recently purchased 2 brand new Yamaha Atvs. A 2021 Grizzly 700 EPS and a Kodiak 450 EPS SE. To say I am disappointed with the 450 is an understatement. At 163 Km of use on dry hardpacked easy trails we have been stranded by mechanical failures twice, both times requiring to be towed from the bush ... with my 700 which hasn't even been broken in yet. 1 failure I could live with but 2 before its first oil change is a bit hard to take. I have tried multiple times to contact Yamaha Canada customer service by they do not answer phone calls or return messages. I have been a life long Yamaha owner and after this experience, would not recommend them. Here's hoping that after this warranty claim I can get some actual Km's on it.
