2017 Honda TRX® 250X

I've had 650's, 500 Sportsmans, Raptors, and this is the most nimble and fun ATV yet. We went on a 21 mile forest rail(not the road) in the Burro Mountains near Silver City, NM last week and this went everywhere my 2021 XP4 Turbo RZR went and other RZR's that were on the ride. My son rode the TRX ... and sometimes had one of the kids, or his 95lb wife on double, and this thing went everywhere. Some very steep and long climbs, loose rock and it never had a problem. My son's a skilled rider, trained by the best ;), but great little, dependable quad.

Hello to whoever will be reading this review. The Honda TRX 250X is a great sport atv for begineers or novice riders. The atv features a sport clutch which is a great add on so you won't have to worry about stalling the atv. The exhaust sounds good enough for being stock. The power is there when ... you need it for being a 229 cc engine. The brakes are great, and the styling is great I like the white color better than the red Special Edition but that is just me. The only problem that I have have with my TRX 250X is that the electric start sometimes does not work. Also the atv is very durable I crashed the atv and the atv flipped like one or two times and the only thing that happened to the atv was that the handle bars bent in and the exhaust backfires also the rims and the plastics got scratched. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that the atv can take a beating. So all in all the atv is great.
