I would give them a zero if I could. Don't bring your bike here to get worked on. They say they fixes it but no. Then they want to do a temporary fix just to get you out the door. Not to mention they had my bike over a month. I should have been able to pick it up and ride home but again no. I already ... sent my ride home so now I am having to wait for them to finish fixing my bike. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DONT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE.

I purchased a Honda sxs pioneer 700 this spring 2014. I did not purchased their service plan because I don't use the sxs that much. I went in for the first service at 50 hours. I watched the service tec fill out the slip. He wrote down $490 dollars, I said "Wow, that's expensive". He said "that's ... just for the labor, add another $115 for filters and oil". I told him that if I would have known that up front, I wouldn't have purchased it. That's just crazy. I walked out without the service. I was willing to pay the $490 for the first service, but after he add the other amount I walked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out the service charges before purchasing here. The price of the sxs was good, I'm wondering if they are trying to make it up in the service department.

I have tried to purchase several items for my xvs65v and NOT ONCE have they had the parts in stock!
They quoted prices 25-40% higher than I find the OEM prices to be.
I will not walk through heir doors again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
