B&D Marine

I brought me sled in for service after a man on the phone said he could get it in the next week. So, I dropped it off and waited about 2 weeks then called to get an update. He said he could not get to it because he was still working on sea doo's. I said Okay, but you said you could get in in last ... week. TWO MONTHS go by, I've called about 3 times. I asked when my sled would be done, explaining its been two months since I dropped it off. In December, he said he was still working on sea doo's! It was below freezing! I was very disappointed. I picked my sled up and brought it to Moosehead motor sports 3 hours north and they got it done in 4 days. HORRIBLE SERVICE
