I did not have a positive experience here. I took an atv rear end from a yamaha blaster to have them press it apart so i could put new bearings in the axle carrier. The rear axle sleeve/Sprocket hub was seized to the axle so i could not get it apart without a press. It was not rusted or damaged, ... its a 2004 blaster. I wont go into detail about going to the place but they said they would "try" to get it apart. They took the axle with carrier to the shop but aparently dont know how to work on atv axles/ rear ends. long story short they gave me back the axle and carrier still assembled and told me the sprocket was threaded onto the axle?/?!?!?1/?!!And they couldnt get it apart. I already knew that it was a spline sprocket hub and axle. Not Threaded!!! since i have done axle bearings on plenty of my own yamahas before. I was charged 30 or 40 dollars for them to fix nothing. I will never go back here and recommend nobody take there machines here for work.

Friendly & knowledgable staff!
Will go back again.........The entire staff proved to me that I am the customer, and they stayed longer in order for them to provide me a service for my machine.
Now that is what I call value add! That is a service i'm willing to pay for.
They ... are still a new ownership, but they have the most important value as their number one priority, and that is the customer! What a concept.
To all other service providing what ever your service maybe, this is the main and foremost important IDEA! It's not a secret.......Want to sell something, BE NICE!
Backwoods, keep up the great job!
