Beartooth Harley-Davidson

I recently purchased a 2019 FXBB Street Bob from Beartooth Harley Davidson. I was told by their finance manager Josh that my new harley had (ABS) Anti-lock brake. My ABS light never would come on when the bike did its systems check on startup so I called and spoke with Josh, and he told me he was ... not for sure if my bike did or did not that he could not remember.

I then called Milwaukee and had them do a vin check only to find out that my bike does not have ABS. I called Beartooth back but could not get in contact with Josh so I ended up speaking with his lead sales person Cindy. Cindy told me they would give me a $250.00 gift card....hahaha laughable to say the least because the ABS option cost me $795.00. I then called and spoke with Jodi their Chief Financial Officer, she offered to put on a aftermarket ABS for $2000.00 Jodi kept making excuses that Josh had a hard job filling out paperwork for my bike and although he is supposably knowledgeable he must have told me wrong. I paid $2500 cash money up front and financed the rest all I have asked for is fair treatment. This dealer is refusing to refund my cost for ABS an option I was told was on my bike but it was not. I will not buy another bike from Beartooth Harley and I would not recommend them to anyone. You just might get screwed.

I've have been told by countless, previous customers to STAT AWAY from bear tooth hd. A friend, told me a few weeks ago, that Paul the service manager told him to f*** off on his way out the service dept. door. I know he has purchased 4 maybe 5 bikes from bear tooth Harley Davidson in the last ... 6 years. He has spent almost 130k on bikes. How can any one speak to paying customers like this ? Don't know any situation that would warrant any employee to tell a great customer to F*** off, .. Wow, I want to have my bike worked on at bear tooth HD,,,,NOT !!!. We are so happy to have dealt with Brian the owner up at BIG SKY HARLEY DAVIDSON #1. Somebody should buy bear tooth so we don't have to travel 250 miles to a real service dept., get this bear tooth hd, owner outta of here. You would think they would get a hint, after so many upset customers. What a bunch of DUMB A****... A !!......Thank you to all that gave me a heads up about bear tooth hd. No problems with BIG SKY Harley Davidson..??
