Deluxe Harley-Davidson of Gillette

Chuck Deluxe-Ruiz cares nothing for his customers. He talks a big talk, but when it comes down to walking the walk he tries his hardest to make money on any deal no matter the situation. I do not want to go into every detail here, however I caution EVERYONE. Do not buy ANY motorcycle from any of ... his stores. If there is a problem with the motorcycle he will try at all costs to profit over satisfying the customer's needs. It is better to travel to a seperately owned Harley Davidson Shop than to have to deal with him. He owns Gillette, Sundance and Casper stores in Wyoming. Please do your homework and investigate online regarding his stores and his tactics before buying at one of his stores.

Went buy this dealer on a recent trip and glad I didn't stop. As I understand this dealer has made it a practice to respond to travelers with a flat tire to only replace them as a set. Even if the front was new. That is nothing short of robbery for travelers that get caught in this area without any ... other known options. Avoid these guys at all costs!!

I have ridden a good part of this country, and have never ran across a "Harley Davidson dealer" who treated riders with such contempt ! Seems the MOCO won't do anything to stop you, ... but it appears that "riders themselves" have had enough !!!
