I CHECKED ABOVE THAT I VISITED THIS DEALER, ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER CHOICE WHICH FIT. I HOWEVER DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. LET ME EXPLAIN WHY. WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA ON MY 2014 GOLDWING, I CUT A REAR TIRE ABOUT 15 MILES FROM THEIR SHOP ... ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AROUND 3:00P.M. JUST ABOUT 3-4 MILES NORTH OF I 64. I CALLED THIER SHOP AROUND 3:30, A YOUNG MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE, WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM, THAT I WAS FROM OUT OF STATE, ON MY VACATION, AND HAD A FLAT TIRE, HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME, BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES. HE DID HOWEVER GIVE ME THE NUMBER FOR HONDA'S ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, WHO BY THE WAY WERE VERY HELPFUL, DURING MY 4 1/2 HOUR STAY ALONG SIDE THE HIGHWAY. I HAVE TRAVELED ALL ACROSS THE UNITED STATES ON MOTORCYCLE, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A DEALERSHIP TELL ME THEY COULD DO NOTHING. JUST LAST YEAR, WHILE MY WIFE AND I WERE TRAVELING WITH ANOTHER COUPLE, ON ANOTHER BRAND OF BIKE,, THEY HAD A BREAK DOWN BEFORE WE EVEN COULD GET OUT OF OUR HOME STATE. WE WERE ABOUT 7 MILES FROM A GOOD SIZE DEALRESHIP OF THEIR BRAND. MY WIFE AND I RODE AHEAD, AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, THEY GOT THEIR TRUCK AND TRAILER, AND WENT TO PICK THE OTHER COUPLE AND THEIR BIKE UP. THEY GOT THEIR BIKE INTO THE SERVICE DEPT RIGHT AWAY, AND A FEW HOURS LATER HAD ALL THE ISSUES FIXED, EVEN DID IT FREE OF CHARGE, AND TOLD HIM TO ENJOY HIS VACATION!!! EVEN THE DEALERSHIP FROM WHICH I PURCHASED MY NEW GOLDWING, HAS SENT THEIR TRUCK AND TRAILER 3 HOURS SOUTH TO PICK UP PEOPLE WHO WERE STRANDED ON THE ROAD, AND BY THE WAY THEY WERE CLOSED AT THE TIME. NOW THAT IS THE TYPE OF DEALERSHIP THAT YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO. I WOULD HOPE THAT IN THE FUTURE DOHM CYCLES CAN TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FIND WAYS TO IMPROVE IT. I COULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR DEALERSHIP.
