I'm not sure what happened to this place. They used to be great. I will never buy here again. There was zero customer service. There were cross threaded screws and loose parts on a brand new general. The rugged radio system doesn't work correctly. We still haven't even received the owners manual. ... This place is not interested in making sure anything is done right. Just to be very clear this review is on the parts and service departments.
**update 5-4-19. just found out the rugged radio system was only part of what we paid for. the other half was "out of stock" so they had to order it. still have not received the "other half" of the rugged radio system. still no owner manual for the general or the radio. I would think since between the two purchases that came to about sixty thousand that they would be prompt in making sure something was done about these issues....

STAY AWAY!! Last week I bought a new 2014 rzr ep 900, they took my info for financing it and told me to call back in a couple hours,, so I called them back a few hours later and the lady helping me with the financing told me I got the loan through capital 1 at 9% interest, so I whent ahead and bought ... the rzr 900 for 16,100 out the door. WELL..... A week later I get my new capital one credit card in the mail of a limit of 18,300 and a new purchase of $16'100 on said card,, at 22% interest!!!!! I was totally lied too!!! Who in their right mind would purchase a vehicle on a credit card?? what kind of business supplies to the customers to their face??? Each your back dealing with this shit hole.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN I CALLED THERE TO THERE PARTS DEPT TO ORDER A THREADED SPACER THAT HOOKS MY THROTTLE CABLE TO THE CARB THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SPACER THAT GOES TO THAT IF IT DIDNT GO THERE HOW DO YOU PUT TO FEMALES TOGETHER THE TOP OF THE CARB IS FEMALE WITHOUT ... IT AND THE CABLE IS TO PLUS IM HOLDING THE PART IN MY HAND SO I GO THERE AND SHOW THE GUY THE PART CARB AND CABLE HE TELLS ME IT DONT GO THERE SO I ASKED HIM WHAT HOOKS THE CABLE TO THE CARB HE SAID THEY DONT THE CABLE JUST GOES DOWN IN THE CARB LOL ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN EVER I THINK A FIRST GRADER KNOWS A CABLE HAS TO HOOK SOME WERE SO I GO TO MONARCH THEY HAND ME THE PART IN 2 MINUTES 25 CENTS FOR PART 10 DOLLARS IN GAS TO RUN AROUND NO MORE BUSINESS FOR ECAPE PRICELESS

do yourself a favor and never EVER go here for service!! it is the worst service i have ever experience!!!! I am well rounded in the motorcycle world and my yamaha vino scooter needed a simple tune up and i didnt have the time to do it myself, so i figured i would drop it off. it took me over 30 ... minutes to just get someone to help me, while another individual and i just kept looking back and forth at each other with the look of confusion. i should have just cut my losses at this point and left. by the time someone actually helped me it took them another 30 minutes to "check my scooter in". by this time i was a little irritated. they told me it would be done the following day. they called my wife that afternoon and informed her it was done and then called me right after. so i was thinking i just had a fluke experience with them and things were going to end up being alright. WRONG!! when i got there, i was greeted by the same individual that check me in. 30 minutes later of computer work and typing my receipt up, he told me he was going to pull the scooter around. he walked to the back for 10 minutes and came walking back up to the front, without the scooter and told me the battery was dead and they forgot to replace it. needless to say i was super frustrated, especially when he looked at me like it was my fault, so i asked him what they could do, and he said nothing they have to charge the new battery all night and it would be ready first thing in the morning, so i left. at this point i was just thinking woah, this cant get any worse. i wake up the next morning not in a rush to go pick it up and i decided i would go in after work around 4 and it would be done for sure in order to avoid the headache and disappointment of them not being done. I showed up around 4:30 and when i got there, they told me that it would be about 20 minutes because he was just putting the battery in. Literally they had done nothing to my scooter in the past 24 hours, and decided they would get started when i showed up. then he tried to type up a receipt for me and by this point i knew how long that was going to take so i just cut my losses, grabbed my scooter and put it in the back of my truck on my own. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! do not give these guys ur business ever. i was actually looking to buy a brand new 2013 450 from them but i will NEVER do business there again, i will go elsewhere!! do yourself a favor and go to Motofrugals or Monarch Honda!!!!!!

They put my bike together with no grease and parts were missing when i got it home. Don't purchase from here! makes me wonder what kind of oil they used in the engine. I wish i had read the reviews here first.

I have had multiple experiences with Escape Motorsports I have never had a Positive one.
I have had my bike booted because of insufficient parking signs.
I have on 2 occasions been talked back to by the employees and in one case made fun of by the employees to my face and loudly ... behind my back.
I have called parts 3 times and all of the prices are at least 25% more than online.
I have never found my size in the gear I was looking for, that is if they have that item in stock at all.
Tire mounts and balance costs at least $10 more than other area dealers.
Escape Motorsports has burnt their last bridge with me, I'll never be stepping inside their store again.
Monarch Honda has won my business permanently.

We bought 2 new 4 wheelerfrom them in 08.We returned 2 weeks ago to purchase a new Polaris 170.The Back lot showroom is now a interior place.We went to the old showroom on state street and they had a polaris 170 on display.We waited approx 10 minutes before asking for help>The counter people said ... they would get someone.They never came over.We waited another 10 minutes and left as the front desk and counter people watched us leave without recieving any help.We will not go back.I dont need to hound them to sell us another machine.Not very good customer service!

Stay away. I took my bike in to get a recall fixed and it came back to me with a bunch of cosmetic problems. they jacked up the lids on my hard leather saddle bags. Because I can't prove it, they won't take accountability. Who takes a vehicle in thinking they need to take a bunch of pictures to prove ... that a place messed it up. I took it to them in good faith that they would fix a recall, not cause damage.
