Waited over a month to get a part that their website said was "In Stock". Left numerous messages with an employee who said that the only person who can look up online orders was the manager. The manager never responded to my messages. I emailed customer service on their website twice... also no response. ... Finally, I called yet again and got a hold of the manager who had no idea if the item was on back order or not, which made no sense since the website said "In Stock", so I finally canceled the order and now have to start all over with another company.
