I purchased a 2014 Kawasaki Mule 610xc about a year ago from First Turn in Scott. Sales experience was great. Had a minor issue with the idle on my side by side so I brought it in to have that fixed and the first service done. When they called me to tell me it was ready I asked how much I owed and ... they informed me I owed $311. I was REALLY surprised. I talked to the service manager and asked why did they not call and inform me of the cost of the first service prior to doing the work. I know it needed to be done and I'm not mad about having to do this. I was mainly mad because they had not called or informed me of the cost of the service. There was no apology or anything behind this. The person at the front desk even said they should have called. VERY UNSATISFIED behind this. I will not be back for any service on my Mule unless its under warranty.
