I took my Yamaha 1200 SUV jet ski to them to check it out before summer. They told me the motor was trashed and needed new motor. Agreed to pay for them to put new motor and make sure it was ready for the water. Paid 3k and picked up the ski after three weeks of being in there shop. Took it to ... the lake that weekend, ran it for 20 min and shut off to swim and could never get it started. Had to swim it back to load out, took it back and they found it had bad motor again. They put new motor in again and took 6 weeks and lots of excuses of why it was not done. When finally complete they told me I needed to pay labor and the warranty did not cover labor. The ski was a mess and and has marks on it. And they left the fuel pit clock vavle on. I didn't pay no labor and do not think they know what buisness they are in when asking for labor cost after they were supposed to make sure this ski was in great shape. Never will bring another item to them again.
