I would never purchase from them again. We bought a motorcycle trailer from them 3 years ago and just recently had a terrible incident with the trailer. Instead of bending over backwards to help us either get another trailer or get at least part of our purchase price back, they said we would have ... to deal directly with the manufacturer. If we had known they don't stand behind their products and warranties, we would have purchased from another dealer.

Ready to buy a brand new bike, had them looking for 2 weeks for specific color. They couldn't find one, they decided to take it upon themselves to PAINT one in their stock and when they told us what they had done, I called around MYSELF to every dealer in a three state area and found the model and ... the color of the bike we wanted just across town in Katy! But here's the kicker, when we went here to get our helmets we purchased and told them we found the bike somewhere else but the next years model ( so a 2014 instead of a 2013 PAINTED) the manager threw a FIT. She tried to make it sound like we had signed something saying we WANTED her to paint the bike.
She was EXTREMELY RUDE and made us wait 3 HOURS before she would give me my credit app back and get our helmets. We will never go back here EVER.
Now the shop in Katy ( Polaris West ) is the one we ended up buying the Triumph from and they bent over backwards to be fast, knowledgable, kind and VERY helpful!

These clowns sent me from their dealership to California with a damaged steering neck. Without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
