so last year I traded in 2 bikes for 1.Dealt with Garett and transaction was smooth and fine.Well tried not to long ago to trade in again and was looking at several bikes and he said he doesn't have time to discuss multiple bikes with me,that heed feeds his family with his job and didn't have time ... to go over what I wanted,only one or 2,i thought wow that's horrible customer service.Got a call from his manager next day and he apologized for the unprofessional behavior and we tried to work a deal,unfortunately couldn't get the numbers right.So today I reached out to Garett and asked if he wanted to give it another shot and said he doesn't want my business....oooookkkk..I guess he speaks for the owners and wants to drive away my business.this was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever dealt with car truck boat motorcycle or otherwise.Ive bought 7 Harleys in last 10 years and will .I most certainly never try Dothan Harley Davidson again,why would a company keep someone on staff like this??I will leave this review as many places as possible,go somewhere that wants your business people

I have had very good results with this dealership from the clothes section /sales /parts and service . The people are very helpful from the owner (Dutch ) to everyone there.

I go to a lot of different dealerships but always buy from Dothan Al. Harley Davidson
