Bought the Bike, was treated great by Jacques. Price was great.
Unfortunately I could not get any kind of service. Called to schedule the first service was placed on terminal hold was told to hold for service no one every picked up from service. Was driving by and stopped in to ... schedule, waited 15 minutes kept getting told to wait. The dude running service kept answering the phone. Left and called back later, finally got told bring the bike in Monday. Got there, with the bike three employees at the parts counter but apparently only the one dude could take the bike. He was secreted in an office. He was talking on the phone. After 30 minutes of standing there I asked one of the three at the counter is there any one else? They seemed annoyed that I would bother them, but they disappeared and came back and said it should be just a minute. After 15 more minutes and two more phone calls cutting in to the service dude, I asked the counter guy again. He stated I could leave the keys with him. I stated I was a little concerned since my bike was just out front, I did not want it forgotten. He said real obnoxious, If I didn't trust them I could leave. Great idea. when to Don Georges, which is where I should have gone first. Great sales staff at Hebelers the worst service you could ask for. Would never set foot in the door again.
