I have spent over 4,000.00 on my suzuki atv there, they always tell me one thing is wrong with it, but always fixes something else and then says, well i guess we were right the first time and then replaces another part that was the only thing wrong with it, meanwhile they have put all this stuff ... on that had nothing wrong with it to do with, one time i had some parts replaced at 1500.00 had it back a month then something else tore up, i took it back, they kept it for 4 months before they got to it, got it fixed and told me they drove the heck out of it when i came to pick it up while in their care, when i picked it up, the parts they had fixed 4 months earlier just happened to be tore up again, they said oh were sorry those parts only had a 1 month warrenty and u will have to spend another 1500 to fix them even though i only had it back a month before returning it to them for 4 months and it was working when i dropped it off. Never again will i use this dealership, they are all about quantity and not quality or pride in their mechanical department, they scam u for every dollar they can, and believe me, its just not me, i am a professional guide and have lots of customers tell me the same similiar story and that they will never be back again as well, problem is, they are the only dealership in this area, so they have no competition at all unless u want to drive 2 hrs. to the next dealer, which is what i now do.
