I also bought a new artic cat never received title. Had service issues they refused to work on it. They got angry when I had a problem. These people are criminals. Do not go and expect service after the sale. And you might as well not even have a warranty because they won't fix anything. Poor ... attitude toward customers. I traded as soon as I could just to getaway from them

Very unhappy with the service provided. Went to buy an ATV that I have been saving for my husbands birthday coming up. He found one he liked, we paid cash for it. They provided a bill of sale but no title and then when we could not register it because we needed the title, they refused to give us ... one. There was also ALOT wrong with it. We picked it up on a Friday and then Sunday drove it a few miles and it left us sit twice and would not go up hills. Took it back on Monday and they replaced a whole bunch of stuff so they said but I don t know because they were not going to give us a repair order but threw one together for us. They also did not fix everything. When we got it back 2 weeks later, we took it straight to 2 different dealerships. They both told us there was something wrong with it and quoted 700+ to fix just what they saw. We then took it back to Jonesboro Cycle and said this is not what we bargained for we want our money back. They refused and also refused any additional repairs and one of the owners actually had the nerve to suggest an extended warranty on this used ATV. There was no as-is stated when we bought it and we were also told there was nothing wrong. They have shady sales tactics.
