Had my sled repaired. Fast, courteous, fair, reasonably priced, professional. I'd send my friends to them.

My 2010 Victory Hammer was involved in a collision requiring MAJOR repairs. After dealing with Harley dealerships for years, I was more than a bit worried. The service Manager, Charlie, re-assured me every step of the way. My bike was finished faster than I expected, all parts were quickly ordered, ... and Charlie even went so far as to send me pictures of the bike during the repair process. That attention to customer service is rarely seen these days. Couldn't be happier with the work.

Just bought a Can-Am Maverick from Robbie. Great guy and gave me the best price around! I called several other dealers and no one could come close to his price! No pressure either.

Robbie DeMeulenaere the manager of K&W Cycle is a con-man. I bought a motorcycle for $5600, and they used high-pressure sales tactics to sell me a "tire and theft protection plan" that I didn't want for $600. They said I could cancel them and get a refund at any time, but when I tried they refused! ... They are predatory, unscrupulous con-artists.
Furthermore, I had mechanical issues IMMEDIATELY after buying my motorcycle brand new with a warranty, but they REFUSED to fix my motorcycle after it broke only a month after purchase (while still under warranty)! They literally told me to go fix it myself! They also never told me that they opened a credit-card in my name and put the full purchase price of the motorcycle on it! The card had a limit of $5000, so I was immediately $1200 over!
Robbie DeMeulenaere is the most unethical, immoral, dishonest, lying salesman I have ever dealt with. K&W Cycle takes advantage of people, and has no regard for honesty or integrity. K&W Cycle took advantage of my ignorance and robbed me blind.

THEY SAY IF A DEAL LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WEEL THEN. I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT BUYING MY CAN AM SPYDER ESP. BUYING OUT OS STATE AND UNSEEN. WELL AFTER TALKING TO ROBBIE A FEW TIMES. I BOUGHT THE SPYDER. STILL CONSERNED ABOUT EVERYTHING. BEING IN PA. I HAD SOMEONE HAUL THE SPYDER BACK TO ME ... IN PA. THE GUY THAT PICKED UP THE SPYDER SAID THE PEOPLE AT K&W CYCLE WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFULL. ROBBIE HAD HAD ALL THE SERVICE AND RECALLS TAKEN CARE OF. WELL AFTER GETTING THE SPYDER IT WAS EVERYTHING I COULD HOPE FOR AND BETER. JUST HAD ONE ISSUE AND THAT WAS MY MISUNDERSTANDING. BUT TALKING TO ROBBIE. HE EXPLAINED IT TO ME AND BAD NO TROUBLE GETTING PA PAPER WORK DONE. SO WHAT I AM SAYING THE TEAL AT K&W CYCLE AND ESP. ROBBIE. NOT ONLY MADE THIS A GREAT EXPERANCE AND GREAT PRICE. THANKS TO ROBBIE AND K&W CYCLE AGAIN. WOULD DO THIS AGAIN.

Poor service performed on my machine. Carb cleaned and 30 something miles later started leaking gas from the carb overflow. Manager blamed it on poor gas (ethanol content)
and the tip of the pin (that only a month prior and 30 something miles ago passed now is bad because of ethanol in gasoline. ...
Do not take your equipment to these crooks. I have an invoice and they said they only have a 30 day warranty on fuel service.
Will not be back and will make sure to tell anyone and everyone I see on the trails this year about how poorly the service and management is.
Bad decision not standing by your work and instead blaming it on gas.

k&w cycle is one of the best cycle dealers in the metro detorit area i have been a loyal customer for about a year and a half. i never had a problem bought lots of fair priced parts in the last year half and they have taken care of me. There scrvice department can be slow and cost a little bit ... more then outhers but the qualty of work done is worth the wait and money. After having a problem with a atv i bought from another dealer having to take it back sevral time and still could not fix the problem i was having. One trip to the boys at K&w cycle and it was fixed. usaly i dont write reviews unless im pissed off or been boned hard but theas boy have have fix me up right
