This place screwed my husband out of a lot of money. He brought his bike in and they kept it for a very long period of time and giving excuses as to why it was repaired. The bike came out worse then when it went in.

I recently purchased a new Victory from these guys and they're awesome definitely went above and beyond for me.From the sales staff and the manager Jim to Josh in the parts department for getting me set up with my new exhaust and the service guys for getting it all taken care of so quickly and to ... top it all off they even delivered the bike to my house

As a motorcycle rider you know at any minute something could go wrong. Me ,and couple of my riding partners was on our way from Philadelphia to the beach in Delaware. I caught a flat in Dover Delaware I was done for the weekend in my mind. So got on Google found a place called L&D Suzuki. I called ... them in about 30 minutes they where there to pick me up. They had the tire in stock. After waiting about hour and a half they had me back on the road just like that. I only get a vacation time every so often, really just want to say thank you to the Service guys for helping me out, and the two Mike's for coming to pick up. Thanks again L&D.

The place has steadily declined since about 3 years ago when their sales manager, sales staff, and top notch mechanic departed. Franly i am surprised they are still in business. They will not budge on any prices for anything. The owner and manager have alienated previous customers by downright ... insulting them. Do not buy a bike from them. Try DMS in Dover or Hannums Triumph in PA. You'll be glad you did.

Poor customer service. Rob Curley jr. who is the "general manager" insulted me on the phone when I asked him for a part that my new Suzuki motorcycle I bought from his dealer was missing and his parts department failed to order. He has employee communication issues and he blames his bad customer ... service to his salespeople. I would never buy or get service any product from L&D Cycles in Dover, Delaware.
