We paid $3000 less for our Polaris Razor at another dealer, yet purchased over $3000 of accessories fro Taltys later, only to have them refuse to repair a recall. Just this past week they advised my husband that a set of tires was the correct size for our razor, only to find out they were not after ... he brought them home. Upon returning them, he was charged $180 restocking fee! The owner himself refused to remove it. Sucks to be you guys...that aluminum trailer on your lot, my husband was talking to you about purchasing...he just purchased somewhere else! And tires... well, from now on, will be making the extra drive to Talty Polaris, they remember and appreciate their past customers!

We have it documented, on the day this snowmobile was brought to us, the trailing arm in question was already bent. Service manager would not even let anyone test drive this unit, as both the front and rear suspension had many serious issues. That's how bad this sled is. And that is why service manager ... documented all the problems this sled has.
We have been in business since 1969 in the same place, same owners. Cannot attain a goal like this running a dishonest store.

I took a snowmobile in to have engine work done. When going to test the snowmobile I found the right trailing arm completely bent 45 degrees. I have a photo of the snowmobile from the day before I delivered it with a strait arm. They claim I must have bent it loading on the trailer. I know for ... a fact that I did not. They bent this carrying it with a fork truck, but would not stand up and take the blame. Then charged me for the engine work. Why would I take it in for engine work when the thing is now not even usable. I am definitely not a scam artist and am very disappointed in how they do business. I would not take anything back there again for work.
The paint was bubbled where the stress was and the metal fresh with no rust where the paint is missing.
