I own a Rotax Repair Service in Northern Michigan and have used M&M a few times trying to keep my business within the state. Unfortunately, some of the staff that work there are unprofessional and if you ever have a refund coming or a mistake in your order, dont expect it to be refunded or corrected ... in a timely manner. Parts department guys are super helpful but the rest of the staff, or at least the ones I dealt with, were uniformed, unhelpful and rarely returned my phone calls. Go someplace else!

Just bought my 4th new bike there and I am very satisfied with all aspects of the sale. My sales person, Tom Baden, could not be more knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them to friends. The selection is monster, you can see just about every make and model.

The parts people are rude and could care less about service
