We went to Manchester Honda to buy a race bike and a practice bike for our son. They couldn't get us the race bike and talked us into a left over 2009 for a practice bike. They told us that it had a front door warranty, when it really had a 30 day. It broke down after three practices, and we had ... to bring it to another dealer to warranty. Manchester Honda would not warranty it. They are our local dealer, and we have purchased many parts, supplies and gear from them over the years. Our son started racing this season and Manchester Honda has a contingency program. We filled out all the paper work that was needed. They tell us that we are not eligible since the bike is a 2009 but we purchased it in Nov 2011. They sold us the bike, they are paying out to other riders that didn't buy their bikes.
