I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! never before had i been expose to what a "real" motorcycle shop SHOULD be until i walked thru the doors of Motorcycle Factory! ever since my first visit, (flat tire), i have been bowled away with the incredible service that MFI provides! they have always been professional, wonderful ... people who i consider friends. Shane and Todd in the service dept have kept up my ride without fail. the parts and sales staff have helped every step of the way, making sure i had everything my heart wanted and desired. give yourself a treat and stop by MFI to see their superior service for yourself!

Parts and service are great. I've bought many bikes here and they've always hooked me up. Now they even have KTM, which is great. They value their customers and I've always felt at home visting their shop.

I have shopped at MFI since 2006 and I will choose not to shop anywhere else. I have been taken care of above and beyond at MFI and I love it. The parts dept is very knowledgeable and the service dept. is top notch! I am apart of all the riding clubs around my area so I am constantly needing parts ... for my bike. I love that I can order my parts and get them within a few days so I don't miss any riding time. Elisha and Shane make sure I get my bike in when I need to have work done on it and get it back to me fast. These are just some of the many reasons that MFI will continue to have my support and my pay check!!!! Thanks MFI!

The MFI has always been helpful and hooked me up through the last 10 years I've gone there. Never had a problem. Service, parts and sales guys are always friendly. I would reccommend this place to anyone.

Love this place! Have always found the staff caring and knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to provide great customer service. Made my Christmas merry with new gear and boots!

I would not reccomend anyone patronize this dealer. Their service department installled a insert into my transmission cover fluid check bolt hole - while the cover was still on the motor with a brand new bottom end they installed. I called Shane and e-mailed him the pictures and didn't get any response ... at all, not even an apology. This is no way for a dealer to treat a once loyal customer. I bouht my Honda crf250x there in 08" and am now looking to upgrade but will not buy it there even if it's a lower price.

This is by far the best shop in the Virginia Maryland and Washington DC area. Very helpful staff, enthusiastic about bikes. Only shop I know off that stocks the cool little things they do also. Service Dept is top notch. Feels like the kind of shop people like to hang out in.
