MPH Cycles

7 years ago, I ran into some mechanical problems with my BMW cruiser. Could not pass the gears. I brought it to a BMW dealer in the Woodlands....Don't look for it. It disappeared. They kept it close to 6 months, couldn't do anything. I was almost ready to scrap my bike when I found Mike and MPH. ... My bike was repaired in 48 hours. I never went to anybody else. The service is great, the people courteous when you are polite and considerate to them, and the technical knowledge is outstanding. I recommend MPH without reservation. I'm a surgeon, No professional or familial link with any of them.

My son needs a carb mount/intake for an '07 Hyosung TE450S ATV.A Google search led me to the MPH website &,on the basis of information shown there, I drove to MPH from Cypress. I felt I would at least be able to get information that would help me locate this part.

IT WOULD BE GENEROUS ... TO DESCRIBE THE ATTITUDE i WAS CONFRONTED WITH AS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.They acted insulted & bothered that I would ask for help with "this kind of problem" "We don't have anything to do with 4-wheelers."" We don't know anyone who does." " We're a Moto-GUzi dealer." and their irritating attitude was all that I received from these people.

I do not know that their arrogance is as unjustified as I suspect but the disrespect certainly is.
