I would not go to this shop unless you break down in front of this shop. And then I would go in just to use the phone to call someone else to look at your bike. They couldn't diagnose a brake cable. Comically I asked what was wrong with my bike and was told they didn't know what was wrong. Never ... seen anything like it. A brake cable was frayed and needed to be replaced and let me ride out without any rear brakes. Came in with brakes and left with a dangerous situation that could have been very bad. Skip this place and live longer.
