Worst customer service ever! Staff members, whom are family relatives are not welcoming, well at least not to other ethnicities than their own. I was interested in the purchase of an item and the sale person whom name is Stephanie seem aggravated as I asked questings about the item. She stated "either ... you want it or you don't." And of course I don't Want anything iam unsure about, she than stated" well you don't have to buy anything from here. I was lost for words. Just the way that one family member treated me speaks volumes on the whole family itself. Seems as if they are thinking they can break all the rules they want even treating their paying customer like shit. I left the store and told her to have a bless day and let allowed GOD to deal with those people. I wanted to get out of character but I think GOd for holding my tongue. All Iam trying to say is customer service is your best seller;therefore be good at it no matter what a person ethnicity, and keep in mind the color of skin don't determine a persons pocket!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
Was given one price over the phone out the door and when I went there was given a totally more expensive price for the bike.
Sold me a used demo bike for the price of a new one as they told me it was brand new!
Don't stand ... behind written documents or their word!
Don't back up warranty work on a bike that is 2 months old and not willing to do warranty work as they had my bike for 2 weeks and didn't do a thing to it to fix the problems I am having with it!
Called around to other dealers and found more experienced people that new exactly what I was talking about with the problems I am having with the bike.
Over all worst buying experience I have ever had!!
BE AWARE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
