Northwest Harley-Davidson

I would rather drive a hundred miles to another shop than NW Harley shop. I have had very poor customer service and they charged me one hundred dollars just to start my bike and told me they didn't want to work on it and later they fired the guy and ask me to come back and I decided not to, cause ... the mechanic Was suggesting a lot of weird things which was a lot of red flags which involved a lot of money. So I bit the bullet and fixed it myself and didn't cost me the money they were talking about, just a lot of time.

I went to NW Harley and was told "go look at other dealers and we will meet or beat any offers". Well I did, I got a good offer from Downtown and went back to NW and was told "No, we won't meet that offer". OK, it is their decision if they want to sell to me or not (deceptive advertising?). But ... what pissed me off was they refused to transfer the bike they had on their showroom to Downtown (normal practice) because they didn't want Downtown to sell it to me for that price either. Jerks. Moral of story: Go to Downtown HD instead.
