I stopped by recently on a trip through that area. I was in sore need of a tire and from out of state. That being said, they also knew the likelihood of me ever being a repeat customer was slightly less than no chance. They had the tire in stock, rolled my bike in as soon as they opened and installed ... it very quickly. The Service Writer was very knowledgeable as was the Technician who actually went hands on with it and the Parts guy also. I wandered around while they installed a new bit of rubber and looked at the stock on the floor. Almost would have convinced me to trade but not this time. There wasn't much for accessories on display but that may be due to their typical markets so I don't see that as a detriment. The attitude and knowledge of the staff was first rate. Too bad that I will most likely not darken their door again. If I were closer I certainly would be a repeat customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership based on my visit. The service and price was great.
