Plano Kawasaki Suzuki

Ive never delt with more disrespectful people in my life. Brought my bike in for a oil pump leak. Bike sat in there shop for 2-3 weeks then i get my bike back and i asked the tech if EVERYTHING checked out and he assured me that the bike was ready to go. Not even 12hrs of getting my bike back the ... motor starts knocking on my way to work. Called the shop and they could careless it seemed. I bring it back to them and the tech working on my bike said the shop foreman would TAKE MY MOTOR APART to see exactly what caused it. It sat in there shop for a few more days then i get a call from them saying the shop foreman only checked over the work the tech did on my bike and didnt actually take it apart at all. Then when i ask them exactly what is going on with the knocking noise they couldnt tell me. They just kept telling me to take it somewhere else. They kept saying over and over again that they have nothing to do with the knocking noise, yet they were the last ones to touch my bike. They arent standing behind theyre work and taking responsibility for what they did. Now i have a blown motor from a shop who doesnt seem to know what theyre doing/talking about. ILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER ONE OF MY VEHICLES HERE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE. The tech and the head manager were very disrespectful and have done NOTHING to fix or even attempted fix what they messed up. If you want a shop to blow your motor and not own up to it, Kawasaki suzuki plano is the perfect place.
