Wish I would have read the reviews before I did business with them. Bought a Stihl Chainsaw used it twice. The spark plug boot broke when I was winterizing the saw. Partly due to the poor manual instructions. Justin (manager) was no help and was rude. Told me it was past the 90 day warranty, something ... he did not make me aware of when the saw was purchased and that isn't in the manual. It was a simple fix but he still charged me $25 when he could have easily made a customer accommodation. Not what I was expecting from a dealer who is so price protected by Stihl. All Justin cares about is making money at premium prices; customer be dammed. My recommendation is choose something other than Stihl or if it must be Stihl avoid this dealer at all costs. The people who talk about many years of good service probably had their experience when Charlie ran the place. Justin is the new manager and is a real pri*k with no sense of customer support.
