The service department at this place is horrible. I beleive the owner is the root of all problems. He/she refuses to communicate with customers. They are not interested in resovling problems. I sent several very pleasant emails requesting a reply or phone call and received nothing. Finaly the service ... mangager said he was acting with the owner full consent and I should stop trying to reach him because he wasn't going to talk to me. so, here my story,
The $12,000 Can-Am purchase went fine until delivery, when they gave us a broken unit. They took six weeks to get it fixed. 2 weeks later another part failed and and they took another week. The bike was leaking fluid when we got it back they assured us is was from spillage and it was ok to ride. It continued to leak until we took it back and made them to look at it again. They do not want to do warranty work because they always have 3 month for it but if your getting maintenance done, they'll get you right in. They had the bike for two months, left it outside the whole time, without performing repairs and they swapped parts from another bike. I picked it up, canceled my warranty and it took 2 months, 9 phone calls and one trip to the dealer to confront them in person before I received my warranty refund. I will never spend a dime with this place again.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Let's start with the jet ski we purchased at the beginning of summer 2013. They did a full vehicle inspection (we purchased it new) which included a new oil change. Within a month of having it, my husband ... noticed that there was a ton of oil sitting in the hull of the ski and that there was 0 oil in the engine. We brought it in since we purchased from them. After a week of not hearing from them, I decided to give them a call. Come to find out, the jet ski was MISSING! They couldn't find it nor did they have any work orders on the ski! THEN, to top it off, after we got it located, they tried to charge us because they didn't put the oil cap on all the way (hence why it was leaking oil)! After going back and forth with these people, we got t taken care of. Then, we purchased a brand new 2013 Polaris Sportsman limited edition. We watched them unpack it out of the crate and put it together. We decided that it was time to get the oil changed on it after about 20-25 hours on it so we brought it in a week and a half ago. Once again, still no call or update on the bike. So, out of curiostity (and nerve of them misplacing the fourwheeler) I call the shop. Send me to service department voicemail on tuesday. Called again, sent me to other service worker's voicemail. Still no return call. I wait a few days (thursday) and call again after not hearing from anyone. The receptionist is VERY VERY rude and won't listen to anything you have to say. After voicing my concern to her about our fourwheeler she once again sends me to a voicemail that no one seems to check! By now, this is very frustrating. These people seem to NOT CARE at all that you have your ATV's etc there and take their sweet time and never return phone calls. So now, I have to go OUT of my way to drive all the way to the shop to see if my bike is ready and if it is even still there. Absolutely pathetic. I will NEVER purchase another ATV, RTV, etc. from these people. If I wouldn't have purchased a maintenance pack with the fourwheeler, I guarantee that we would be 100 % done! I do not recommend anyone use them!

I purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 from this dealership. The staff were terrific, and made this purchase special to me as a first time motorcycle owner. From sales to service, everyone made me feel like part of the family, and not only answered all of my questions, but offered their knowledge based ... upon many years of experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Kawasaki, Polaris, or Can-am product. You cannot go wrong here, and you will avoid the high pressure found at other power sport dealers in the Houston area.
