Rick Case Honda

On September 16, 2013 while participating in SCMA's Four Corners True X Tour I developed major problems with my 2006 Goldwing while in the Key West, Florida area. With the recommendations of several people from GWRRA's Gold Book I contacted Rick Case Honda and the first words were

"when can ... you get it in"? Two hours after it arrived at the shop they had it torn down and the problem diagnosed. Bad U-Joint. U-Joint and drive shaft were sent over night by Fed X and by 1230 hrs. the next day I was back on the road and on my way to Blaine, Washington by the way of Lebanon, Kansas. I am eternally grateful for the effort that Rick Case Honda put forth to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this dealer and any time I am in the area you can be sure I will stop in if nothing else just for a visit.
