I'm appending my previous review regarding poor service. I went in to pick up my machine and spoke with the head of their service department, who provided pretty good verification that my warranty part was delayed outside of their control. He also apologized for the demeanor of his service tech. ... People shouldn't have to say they're sorry for other's actions, but I appreciated it and it goes a long way. So, I don't mind going back in the future, however I will ask to deal directly with him.
