I recently took my Kymco to this dealer and wasn't at all satisfied. They were very wishy washy with the quote on how much it was going to cost to fix. After three days of calling and asking they finally told me how much it was going to cost AFTER they did most of the repairs. They then proceeded ... to tell me that I needed a new starter. So I went ahead and let them do that (I was already in for $120 whats another $100) So I went to pick it up and received no itemized repair list or cost per item. I returned home with my Kymco and noticed the starter to not be new, plus the carb that they "cleaned" was still full of dirt and grime on the case. To me that makes me think that they didn't really take the carb off and clean it but just run carb cleaner through the inside. The starter seems to be one taken off a junk scooter that they had parted out as it was filthy and obviously used. After two days of riding I noticed that they had not put the screws back in the floor plate that covers the battery and the hose holder on the crank case cover had not been put back on. This is very poor workmanship and not very good attention to detail. Also the bike does not start like it used to as I have to flex the throttle to start instead of letting the auto choke work The bike also dies at stop signs after being "tuned" up. Overall not very satisfied with the $250 it cost me to have my bike stall, barely start, and not have all the parts put back on.
