This business is good at milking every last penny out of you. i'm broke now thanks to a mistake they made. I brought my scooter in for an oil change and de-restriction service. Turns out my scooter was already de-restricted before but they offered to change my weights to increase my top speed. I ... test it out and my top speed is just under 25. Wow. It went 38-40 before. I went back and they changed the weights out again. Then i come to pick it up and the guy tries to charge me about 40 dollars(i had already paid them for the services but the scooter wasn't doing what was promised. i test it again. NOTHING CHANGED. Then I had to leave it there overnight. Came back the next day having already paid for the services and was charged another 45 dollars. At this point I was already broke from trying to get it fixed in the first place. The cashier was nice enough to help me out with a five OUT OF HIS POCKET. Apparently the sales manager believes it is right to charge for more labor when I was never told about any additional labor or got an estimate. Now the scooter is still 4mph slower than when I brought it there. THIS PLACE SUCKS. If they had any decency or wanted to right the wrong - if they refunded the last payment i made, i would not be so angry and starving as a result of the charges. I had a blue kymco and got it today.

Don't go here unless you're ready to drop serious money and time on your scooters for their errors.
