Refused to sell me products after learning I declined to accept their high priced quote on a WaveRunner. Called ahead to make sure product in stock. At first was told product not in stock. After explaining I had called ahead and was told product was in stock, angry owner told me he refused to sell ... products if I didn't buy my WaveRunner there. Wonder how many other customers have made wasted trips due to this lack of professionalism.
