I couldn't say what their knowledge was because no one ever said a word to us, except for a young lady in apparel. We stopped by, on our 2015 Roadmaster, which we love, our way home to Indiana to check out the shop and get a t-shirt. We were the only customers and there were 4 male employees present. ... Not one hey, hello or how y'all doing from anyone else, which I know from visiting many motorcycle dealers, is highly unusual and down right rude. No t-shirt sales from us and if they are like this with others, Indian won't be able to compete the big boys in that area. Our dealer in Lafayette is the best so at least we won't have to go back.
